Grow your postnatal practice — we bring the families.

Navamma markets, answers and qualifies postnatal enquiries in your area, runs the first doctor-guided consultation, then refers ready-to-start families to you. You deliver the care to our shared standards — and pay a commission only on bookings we send you.

Qualified, consultation-ready leads No upfront marketing spend Pay only on referred bookings

What a partnership looks like

You focus on care. We handle finding and qualifying families.

  1. 1A family enquires from your region.
  2. 2Our coordinator & doctor qualify and plan.
  3. 3We refer the confirmed booking to you.
  4. 4You deliver care; commission on completion.

Why partner with Navamma

A steady stream of the right clients — without the marketing cost

Building trust and demand in postnatal care takes years of brand, content and ad spend. Navamma carries that for you, so your skilled hands stay busy with care, not customer-hunting.

Qualified, ready leads

Every referral has already spoken to our team and had a doctor-guided consultation — not a cold name to chase.

No upfront spend

No ad budgets, no landing pages, no agencies. You pay a commission only when a referred booking is confirmed.

Trusted brand & protocols

Operate under a doctor-guided, safety-first brand families already trust, with shared SOPs and checklists.

Training & materials

Onboarding, refreshers and care templates keep quality consistent and help your team grow their skills.

Supervising-doctor support

Our supervising physician stays available for plan reviews and escalation, sharing clinical responsibility.

Transparent tracking

Clear records of referrals, bookings and commissions — so the partnership is easy to trust and reconcile.

How the partnership works

From a family's enquiry to your home visit

A simple, transparent referral flow. We own acquisition and the first consultation; you own delivery in your area.

  1. Family enquires

A mother or family in your region finds Navamma and submits an enquiry by web, WhatsApp, call or referral.

  2. We qualify & consult

Our care coordinator calls, and a qualified Ayurvedic doctor runs the free consultation and assesses suitability.

  3. We design the plan

The doctor recommends the package, duration, treatments and any exclusions, and we confirm the booking and payment.

  4. We refer to you

The confirmed booking is assigned to you as the verified local partner, with the care plan and checklist shared.

  5. You deliver the care

Your practitioner or therapist delivers care at home to Navamma's standards, tracked on the daily checklist.

  6. Commission on completion

You pay the agreed commission on the referred booking. Records are transparent and reconciled clearly.

The commission model

Pay only when we send you a confirmed booking

There is no membership fee to receive leads and no cost for enquiries that don't convert. For each family we refer and who books, you pay an agreed commission on that booking. That keeps our interests aligned: we only earn when you do.

The exact commission percentage, payment schedule, service standards and territory are confirmed during onboarding and set out in a written partnership agreement before any referral is shared.

What you can expect

Commission per referred & completed booking

Confirmed during onboarding · set in writing

  • No fee for leads that don't convert
  • No upfront or monthly membership cost to start
  • Clear, itemised referral & commission records
  • Defined territory so partners don't overlap

What we expect

The standards that protect every mother & baby

Partnership is a two-way trust. To carry the Navamma name with a family, partners commit to:

  • Verified, qualified credentials — and current registration where applicable.
  • Identity and background verification for every person who enters a home.
  • Adherence to the doctor-approved care plan — no independent prescribing or changes.
  • Strict hygiene, privacy and attendance protocols on every visit.
  • Immediate escalation of any red-flag sign to the family and the right medical professional.
  • Confidential handling of all health, delivery and personal information.

Quality is supervised, not assumed

Partners work under shared SOPs, daily checklists and our supervising physician's oversight. Repeated quality or safety lapses end the partnership — because the mother's wellbeing comes before everything.

Questions

Partner FAQ

How are leads shared with me?
When a family in your territory books after our consultation, we share the confirmed booking with the care plan and checklist. You receive clients who are already informed, assessed and ready to start — not cold enquiries.
How much is the commission?
The commission is a percentage of each referred booking, confirmed during onboarding and set out in a written agreement. There's no membership fee and no charge for enquiries that don't convert — you pay only on bookings we send you.
Who runs the consultation and decides the plan?
Navamma's care coordinator and a qualified Ayurvedic doctor handle the first consultation, suitability assessment and care plan. You deliver that plan. For your own existing clients, you continue as you always have — the partnership only covers families we refer to you.
Can I use my own therapists and medicines?
Yes, provided your team is verified and trained and the care follows the doctor-approved plan and Navamma's safety and hygiene standards. Medicines and oils must align with what the supervising doctor has prescribed for that mother.
What areas can I cover?
We define a territory with each partner so referrals are fair and partners don't overlap. We're starting in Trivandrum and expanding across Kerala, so early partners can help shape coverage in their district.
How do payments and records work?
Every referral, booking and commission is tracked and itemised, and reconciled on a schedule set in your agreement, so the numbers are always clear on both sides.
